Your organization does not allow you to perform downloads

When I want to access to my OneDrive on the WEB, I have a message that say :

Your organization does not allow you to download, print, or sync using this device. To perform these actions, use a device that's joined to a domain or marked as compatible.

We have Endoint and my device compatibility is okey.

In my cellphone, I can download....

I want to download files from Onedrive to my Desktop...

Wich rule block that ?
