Removing an account from OneDrive for Android

Hello microsoft!! Please resolve this? Why cant u all leave it the way it is instead of annoying millions of customers? It is so annoying, im having trauma if my phone asked to update.
I have read many posts online on how to sign out from one drive account and sign on with another one drive account however I wasn't able to find any one that works until this morning.
This is what I did (For Samsung account users) step by step
Sign in to my samsung account online
Click on "Services"
Click on connected services (Linked services)
Un-link microsoft account.
Restart your phone
Open one drive app in your phone
click on "me" icon
Sign out will appear at the bottom
Sign out from your old account
sign in with your new account
Hope this help.
Remember to remove your old account from your microsoft office and update your new account.
