Provisioning never completes

Question

Seeing an issue for new users where ODFB never gets past the "Give us a moment to set things up .." page

URL shows ..

/MyBraryFirstRun.aspx?FirstRunStage=waiting

Users have a valid SPO license and permissions on user profiles are correct.

Any ideas what I could look at ?

Ok this appears to be a known issue currently on the backend. We're in the UK so it may not be widespread.

I have also seen this, but just closing the browser and login again has helped me most of the times

in our case the solution was to install the language pack for swedish
