iPhone Users Unable to Upload Videos

We have experienced several iPhone users not being able to upload video files directly from the device to the OneDrive mobile app.  The file appears to be there but shows 0 bytes.  Transferring the files from the device via USB and uploaing to OneDrive works fine, but there seems to be an issue with the mobile application.  

I have been able to find a solution.  Any ideas?
