Has anyone dug up info on the 17.3.6517.0809 build of ODfB-NGSC?

I see this version is now on one of my laptops (though it seemed to have trouble updating; there were 2 instances of OneDriveSetup.exe running when I looked in Task Manager), and there's no obvious difference I can see.  I do have GPO restrictions limiting use of Personal OD, so maybe the changes are only exposed in Consumer OD, or they have hit my tenant yet.  All I've found so far is a post on the old Yammer O365 Network, and a Reddit post showing the same version.  The OD Release Notes page hasn't yet (as of 8/25) been updated yet.  I also noted my update.xml file for OneDrive shows both the 0509 build with a throttle=100 and this new 0809 with throttle=75 (100% and 75%, respectively).  

Also, haven't figured yet how to force OD to update itself by fiddling with some throttle value the way you can with Office 2016 C2R.  Anyone?
