Error Code: 0x8004ded0

When trying to sync OneDrive or SharePoint to Windows 10 with the OneDrive client (19.232.1124.0012) we receive the following error: There was a problem connecting to OneDrive. You don't have access to the service.  (Error Code: 0x8004ded0).

 

Any suggestions?

    Press Windows key + R, type inetcpl.cpl, and press Enter.Open Internet Properties and switch to Advanced tab.Mark the following options:Use TLS 1.0Use TLS 1.1Use TLS 1.2Click Apply and OK to save the changes.Reboot the PC.

    r0028730 We are in the middle of a migration and some of that users are facing the same issue you have. The strange thing is that almost no information about this error code can be found on the internet.

     

    For now we let the issued users login to OneDrive online and tap from there the Sync button which attach it to the OneDrive for Business client.
