Assigned Office license inaccessible (University Student)

Good day,

I need to access my Organization (University) OneDrive.

Organization: University of South Africa

Error: You currently have not been assigned an Office license that includes the Office desktop apps.
Contact your admin for more information about how to get Office for your organization.

The Error is incorrect because I have been assigned the Office License, please urgently resolve because I have assignments and exams due.

I am a registered Student at the University of South Africa and have been given access to the Office License.

As previously advised, you must contact your university IT department who administer your license. This is a public forum, not Microsoft. Your first and only software support is with University of South Africa.
