To how many users can i share my screen with on teams.
Hi Guys,
I would like to know the screen sharing limit for the Teams applications.
There is no limit, as long as the actual meeting limit is not met. In other words, you can share with up to 250 participants as detailed here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/limits-specifications-teams
If you need more than that, use a Live event.

- There is clearly a limit of 20 given in that link.
kratossaransh that limit applies to individual chat groups. The limit that applies to scheduled meetings is 300 or 1000 and is shown here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/overview-meetings-webinars-town-halls
