skype for business contact picture

Hi All,

I am having difficulty finding how to insert picture in skype for business using show a picture from website option. 

is there a website you can suggest to use to reduce the picture size and connect to that website? 

many people say to use facebook, but my client doesn't have fb account

currently using,

microsoft Lync 2013 (15.0.4927.1000) MSO (15.0.4927.10000 32-bit)

skype for business 2015
