How To Access AccountGuard

 

If you have already been registered and vetted as a nonprofit through Microsoft’s verification process, you can access AccountGuard through your nonprofit portal hub https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/getting-started.

 

  1. Sign in to the Nonprofit Hub using your nonprofit account credentials.
  2. Locate the dropdown menu labeled “I am looking for” at the top of the page, adjacent to the word ‘Nonprofit’.
  3. From the dropdown options, select ‘AccountGuard’.
  4. Click on the ‘Claim Now’ button to initiate your enrollment.

For nonprofits that have not yet been through Microsoft’s verification process, please proceed at the same link from instruction above and select Apply at the bottom.
