This partner community would not be able to answer your question, contact Microsoft support for that.

Or check the NCE Migration report in Partner Center: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/commerce2/customers/ncemigrations/microsoftled
Any commercial SKU that has an equivalent NCE SKU will be migrated at renewal.
This has been in place since 11th January 2024.

All those SKU's listed on your screenshot that are not NCE, will be migrated to NCE on renewal.

You are able to manage what happens with each subscription via Partner Centre or API's to adjust things like quantity, commitment term, payment frequency, co-termination that will occur upon migration.

There are some exceptions, such as legacy/deprecated Dynamics 365 promotional offers that cannot migrate.

Note that you should see in Partner Center in the Customers view a downloadable NCE migrations report.

Hi @mshaf92

As a friendly reminder, Microsoft provided details about legacy renewals in the Partner Center announcements on July of last year - July 2023 announcements - Partner Center announcements | Microsoft Learn
