To Do List down :(

Copper Contributor

Since the day before yesterday we have had problems accessing the website https://to-do.office.com/.

When we go to https://to-do.office.com/, everything is fine and we can see the task lists. If we call up the new Outlook and from there the task lists online, we get the 500 error.

If we clear the cache, it works again. If we call up the task list again in OWA in Outlook, the game starts all over again.

The same thing happens in the offline app. We only get this meaningless triangle. The lists are not available.

After that, unfortunately, nothing works again ... or we can no longer do anything

This is not a happy situation for us as a company.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Our problem might be related. We cannot share lists because the sharing links are not working. When trying to open a sharing link like https://to-do.microsoft.com/sharing?InvitationToken=px7Tnbu.... which will redirect to https://to-do.office.com/tasks/sharing?InvitationToken=px7Tnbu.... since a few day we only ever get HTTP ERROR 500:

This seems to be related to previous problems with the cache stopping it from loading properly.
I am using only the web-version, deleting both office.com and office365.com cookies fixed the issue for me.

Hi unfortunately not 🙂

We have also switched to the new version of Outlook Classic. This works with the Turnaround - but without success. To Do list works great online until the moment we try to call it up directly online in Office Outlook.

Thanks for your help we will open a ticket with Microsoft.

Reset the Office cache, it should fix the problem:
Close Outlook
Rename or Remove these two folders:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Office\16.0\wef
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\HubAppFileCache
3. Re-open Outlook and click the "To-Do" shortcut, and it should open without issue.
