Set recurring for a "week of the month"

Hey all! 

I see where we can set up recurring tasks for a day of the month or every so many weeks (i.e. every 2 weeks). Is there a way to set up a recurring task to occur on something like the 4th Tuesday of each month? So that it syncs up with recurring calendar series.
