DFWCS Task List in To Do disappeared

We use To Do heavily to manage the pipeline of stuff associated with projects.  Very familiar with using the tool hourly/daily.   We have about 20-To Do Task Lists going at one time.

One of the Task Lists is gone today.  It was there yesterday, I used it.  Now it is gone.  Anyone else having an issue with a Task List just disappearing?
