Transfer Microsoft Work 9 data sheet into Excel

Request for assistance and advise; I have Microsoft Works 9 data sheet which contains names and address of individuals approx 278 in number along with the amount of Lodge Dues Paid, Arrears or Advanced.

My question is how do I transfer this sheet into Excel which allows the same functions to work as per "MS Works 9", by transferring into Excel would make the work much easier in one program instead of jumping from one to another program E.g MS Work 9 to Excel ?? Your assistance and advise would much appreciated.
