Teams CPU usage very high

Have been having issues with CPU usage running very high and this is causing my Teams App freezes and very slow, is there any permanent solution around this? I have cleared Cache yet the issue still persist after some days. I need permanent solution.

    The same problem. Closing Teams completely (quit, or killing task) and then opening it again helps. But this is no permanent solution of course.

      Unfortunately there is not a permanent solution for this performance problem. I know the Team is very aware of this problem and that they are always working on introducing features that improves Teams performance.
