Hello there. The MS Teams chats conversations are being sotreed in a mailbox of the Office 365. All the personal and group chats of the users will be stored in the mailbox. But you can get the chats by visiting eDicovery at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/ediscovery-investigation
