is there a way to introduce Splash screen, some notification to users e.g. Mandatory training pop-up after login or when doing routine work
MTayal No, there isn't anything built in to send messages to users after login, I suppose you could build a custom app that would send messages to users based on their status, but that's custom app development.
Two alternatives
1. If you made Viva Connections the first app then your users will see that SharePoint page when they log in, and you could build some kind of pop=up in SharePoint code.
2. Just send them a message, they'll get it when they next log in, look at the Company Communicator template app for this.
