Sign in to Teams Looks like you already have an account. Sign in to open Microsoft Teams.

This is a bug and there is a work around for now, but a fix is coming as it's a known issue. Please see my reply here for work around(seems similar to how you got into it): https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/cannot-access-microsoft-teams/m-p/1212804#M46636

But hopefully this gets fixed soon so you can just login normally.
