Mute all issue on MACs?
Hi
I have had reports of employees (all MAC users) not being able to unmute themselves once the "Mute all" function has been hit. None are dialing in so its not a *6 thing and they can unmute themselves when they get muted individually Any suggestions?

Can they unmute by using the keyboard shortcut Crtl + Shift + M during the meeting after you hit Mute All?

Best, ChrisI hadnt tried that but I will going forward, an uninstall and reinstall seemed to fix the issue!
