MS Office files not rendering correctly within MS Teams

Please see attached screen shots. When opening a MS Word file within teams, it does not render correctly. When opened in SharePoint / Browser or when I download the file to desktop, I am able to see it properly

 

Any help would be appreciated

    Hi, both the screenshots are from Teams so I can't tell what is wrong with the doc.  What does it look like in SharePoint or downloaded please?  

     

    Is it the fact that the doc has horizontal lines at the top of the page?

      Here's the same file in Sharepoint. It's a full document that has formatted text but you can see that within Teams, it doesn't render it correctly

        Hmm I see.  Have you tried on more than one PC/laptop?  Also, is it different on the Teams App and the Teams Wb Browser?
