Microsoft Teams Audio issue

Dear All,

 

I have a problem with MT with sound quality and need some help please. When i do a test call, the sound quality is perfect but when in meetings, remote people complain about very bad and distorted sound quality at random times during the meeting. I'm using two microphones connected to a mixer that is plugged to the laptop and big screen on wall. it was working fine until recently things changed. i replaced the Mics but the problem continued. Any idea?

    I am having the same issue, It happens only on my dell laptop Not sure why and there are no helpful troubleshot anywhere on the Internet
    looks like its teams issue but the support team is not providing any useful info

      ramenahstcdie I spotted this issue on another feed and the solution was checking your audio settings and enabling 'Enable audio enhancments' (added ascreenshot from other post)...personally I am using an external Jabra 510 dekstop speaker mic and find this easy to use rather than inbuilt cpaability:
