I need to make policy by GPO that close everything like opened files and application on desktop when the user starting a sharing screen on Microsoft Team
is it possible ?

No, and probably wouldn't be your best move. Most of the time you want to share content, not close it.

Solution

Teams does not support GPOs, instead you control things via "policies". For this scenario, you can disable desktop sharing (but still enable sharing individual apps) as detailed here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/meeting-policies-in-teams#meeting-policy-settings---...
