Creating new account

I was using the college I was working account golroozt@nait.ca to join teams, but I am retired as of July 1, how can I create another account? at work we had office 365, right now I have office 2019, do I need to delete teams currently I have and reinstall a different version of teams?

Are you looking for creating a new organization or for private use, you can set up teams for free. Same client is used
