Imagine a practical scenario during the course where a lecturer/host and a student want to have a private discussion. I guess it is impossible to have only one breakout room for the private discussion while all the rest of the participants stay in the main meeting.
Any workarounds for it except an option where every time there is a need for private discussion, the host creates two breakout rooms (for private and non-private meetings) and everybody is moved into the rooms.
