Copy link gibberish

In 2022 and before I had files in a Team Files tab and could copy the link from each of those files into the Team Posts and when employees hovered over them they looked reasonable:

"https://<org>.sharepoint.com/sites/<team>/Shared Documents/Outlook Training/blahblah.pdf".

Any new links work, but now look like this: 

"https://<org>.sharepoint.com/:b:/s/<team>/EVLmsHruhygUYGyhgYUHGuoygUYGuygUYGooU".

Is there a way to go back to legible links?
