CoPilot Icon missing in Teams
Hi Everybody, since a few days we have a small amount of CoPilot Licenses. Its seems to work everywhere as expected, only in Teams we are missing the icon for CoPilot within chats etc. - I checked the settings in the Admin panel several times - seems to be all correct. Does anyone have the same issue or somebody a solution for that topic? We are running on the new Teams Client. What I can add and use is the CoPilot App in the left pane. This is working. I'm also using Teams Premium.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Cheers
Torsten

I am having the same issue. Did you manage to get it fixed?
- reachrjIron ContributorSelect the ... on the left pane > search for Copilot and click on Add. It should be added on top of the Chat in Teams. Note that this will be your Copilot for M365 Chat.
- eriksamsonCopper ContributorThere is no copilot for M365 showing up, only Copilot for Sales.
- tevoyCopper ContributorWe have the same issue. Anybody able to solve this?

TorstenKluge I have the exact same issue, when I search apps only copilot for sales and copilot for service shows up. My license is active, copilot shows up on my left menu panel in 365 home but not in teams.
- eriksamsonCopper ContributorIt turns out it was a configuration error and once corrected, it showed back up. Unfortunately, I don't have any details on how it was corrected.

eriksamson I went into my global admin in 365 on the browser, then teams admin then I went to the integrated apps page and there was a copilot studio app, I added that and restarted teams and then it was finally in there. I hope this helps someone else!
- lsdfoCopper ContributorI opened excel (i guess it may work with word too) and searched for copilot there. One of the results was the question: "Got a Copilot Pro licence? Login". I clicked there, logged in, restarted all O365 apps and it appeared in all of them, including Teams

lsdfo I had the same issue....
Online it was ok, for desktop app you can delete the cache:
Close the app, and delete folder : %userprofile%\appdata\local\Packages\MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Microsoft\MSTeams
