I need to be able to join teams without being on wifi - I have an iphone with cell service.

- There should be no difference in being on wifi and cell service. Unless this is corporate wifi you are connecting too then your corporate policies could require you to be on a certain network in order to connect to your account or certain services. You'll need to find that out if so, but if there isn't then there should be nothing keeping you from connecting to Teams not being on wifi other than internet data working on the device.
