hi when im trying to sign in microsoft teams always appear on the top of team window screen the sentence : checking your credentials then i received a message :we couldn't sign you in 

please can you help me to solve this proplem .note that i try to solve it by reset the IE in internet option but it dosent work.thanks

Can I double check you only have the web version as an option? If not, is the same seen in the desktop client?

Coming back to the web, are you using IE? As if so are you able to install the Edge Chromium browser as that will give you the optimum experience when it comes to M365 services in a browser.

Also just to minimise some other wrong credentials being utilised, have you tried an inprivate browser session, might be named slightly differently depending on which browser you are using.
