Cannot turn on Mandarin live caption

Both my Mac and iPhone, I am not able to see the 3 dots icon to change to another language in Teams live caption. I am only able to have it in English as live caption. Is this a paid feature?

    Yes, translation of captions is a Teams Premium feature now. While it was testing it was available to all, but not anymore.

      So if I upgrade to Teams Essential, I will have the mandarin live caption feature?
