Can camera be fixed on particular speakers?

We are trying to use teams with a deaf student, who would need to see the SL interpreter (and the SL interpreter needs to the the student) at all times, even if the other videos jump to all students. Is there a way to do this? I might be missing the obvious, but don't seem to have come across this option.

In Teams by default the Video takes the Active Speaker in the Teams Meeting. The last four Active Speaker in the Meeting will be populated on the Microsoft Teams Video.

As an alternative you can Pin the Video of the Specific person for whom we want to have the video pinned on the Team Application.
