Bug: Chat is jumpy when loading in new messages
When i'm scrolling up and teams is loading in new messages and pictures, it jumps around really badly so that i have to scroll 5x more than how much messages i'm getting

Hi pwn87 We prefer that bug reports and feature suggestions be made at the https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/ feedback forum, where others can vote on them and the engineering team keeps track of those votes to help them prioritize their work. Thank you for your input.
