Hello

why i can only do a videos call in teams mini the option is grey out in full app in teams home subscription ?

Have you checked your subscription details and app settings to ensure there are no restrictions in place?

  app setting are ok
  subscription i have family edition
  i think its because i want to call external users from a compagnies
  maybe MS block that ?
