How to rollback Early Access on mac?

Good morning, I would like to make a rollback of the application, it is currently in Early Access, from a Mac computer.

In multiple forums they identify that it is possible in the options but in my application I do not identify the rollback option

Open the Applications folder on your Mac. Locate the Early Access application that you want to rollback or uninstall. Drag the Early Access application to the Trash folder. Alternatively, you can right-click on the application and select "Move to Trash." After moving Early Access to the Trash, right-click on the Trash folder and select "Empty Trash" to permanently delete the application. If prompted, enter your administrator password to confirm the deletion. Restart your Mac to complete the removal process.

I followed the steps and it worked for a few days, today I turned on the computer and the TEAMS application is again in EA
