Email Notifications

How do I turn off email notification?  I have Teams Pre with the New Teams turned on, which probably labels me as a glutton for punishment.  Every single Teams message I get even if I have read and replied to it, generates an email notification saying that this person is trying to get ahold of me.  I don't see any way to turn it off.

I had this problem and the only way I could turn it off was to log into O365 in Edge and access Teams there and turn email notifications off. I dont think the feature has been put into the trial version yet!
