Greetings & welcome to the Microsoft Teams Community! We’re so glad you are here and excited to have this forum to collaborate and discuss Microsoft Teams.
I am a Program Manager here at Microsoft and am the Microsoft Teams Community Manager. My job is to make sure our customers, partners, and MVPs have a place to get answers to their questions and share information and best practices related to Microsoft Teams. What’s truly exciting about our community is the connection we are building between everyone who is so close (and those who aren’t yet but want to be) to the product. The community brings together customers, partners, MVPs, and our own Microsoft Teams product and engineering teams in a single location.
We’ve created some spaces where we’d like for you to ask questions, answer others’ questions, and participate in discussion. These spaces will be monitored on a regular basis by moderators across the Microsoft Teams organization. You’ll also have access to blogs we’ll be posting and keep updated, regularly (that’s how you found me, here!) You’ll get Tips & Tricks on implementing and using Microsoft Teams, access to resources, and articles from our experts.
We’re working on additional enhancements such as a calendar of events and posting additional resources for you. If there are things you want to see as part of the Microsoft Teams community, I want to know. Please take a moment and comment below.
The Microsoft Teams Community is not a support channel. You should continue to use your normal support resources with questions around break/fix issues. Likewise, the Community is not a feedback tool. We want to be sure that any feedback you have about the product gets triaged and taken to engineering via a pre-defined process. Be an active participant in this community - it works best when we are all talking and collaborating. We want to hear about what went well, what you did to overcome obstacles, hear your best practices, and see how your experiences with Microsoft Teams compares with others. We want to know the new & interesting ways your organization has implemented the product so we can learn from eachother. Sure - reading what others say is great, but even better when you can join in the conversation. In doing so, you’ll earn badges within the Microsoft Tech Community.
