Not able to claim Exam Discounts - Microsoft Ignite attendance 2021
Hello Team,
I am Rupesh Bagde and participated in Microsoft Ignite 2021 challenge. After completion of the challenge, I got a confirmation email from Microsoft to claim a free certificate. Now I am scheduling AZ-800 exam while registering the exam. It says, I have to pay for the exam. I need help in claiming the exam and book the exam ASAP. I have tried from different browsers and all. Please help me out.

- Hi Rupesh - here are the rules for the ignite cloud skill challenge certification redemption, the only thing I can think scanning through these is that it expires 15/03/22, were you trying to book the exam for after this date?

From the screenshot you posted - it looks like it thinks you've already claimed your voucher (it's only valid for one exam, no matter how many challenges you completed), could that be the issue?
