Hi Rupesh - here are the rules for the ignite cloud skill challenge certification redemption, the only thing I can think scanning through these is that it expires 15/03/22, were you trying to book the exam for after this date?

From the screenshot you posted - it looks like it thinks you've already claimed your voucher (it's only valid for one exam, no matter how many challenges you completed), could that be the issue?
If neither of those; there's an email address on the official rules page linked above; get in contact there and hopefully they'll be able to help.

Thank you. You were correct. I was selecting the exam after 15th March. Now I am able to book the exam before 15th March. Thank you. Appreciate your help. Thanks
