User account 'email@example.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'b9c392b1-xxxx-4d6c-86bf-9bb91214900d'(Microsoft Learning Identity Service) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account
Getting this error when I am clicking on 'Start Online exam ' on my certification dashboard. I am not able to attend my exam . How to rectify this ?
They will probably just tell you to clear your browser cache or use InPrivate/Incognito mode and to be honest, that works most of the time but your issue I've not seen before so they might know what to do or how to fix it
