Microsoft learn sign in

Hello,

I am no longer able to get signed in to view/manage my certifications. I was able to log in on Monday and I have made no changes to my account. I get the sign in prompts and then it defaults back to the MS Learn page and I'm not signed on.  I need to renew my Azure cert. Please help.
