Redmi Note 11 pro failing to enroll in Intune
We have been trying enrollment of Redmi Note 11 pro which is failing with "Couldn't add your device" error. We have ensured that "Encrypt with passcode" is enabled and device admin app access is granted to Company portal. Device is on MIUI 11.
The irony is that same device was enrolled and working in past.
Is anyone else facing this issue?

- NielsScheffersIron ContributorJust to be sure... you've already covered the basics? Like checking device platform restrictions, device limit restrictions and orphaned managed devices? Maybe some restrictions were changed after this device was initially enrolled.
- PrachiTripathiCopper ContributorWe did cover all basics and no restrictions were changed for Android devices.
But device restriction policy(Data sharing, copy paste restriction etc) isn't getting applied on the device[Error code -2016281112].
Could it be something with MIUI 11?

Android OS above 9.0 is supported and the device is on Android 11.
