Pre-provisioning into the wrong tenant
When we preprovision all our devices (new and upgrading W10 devices) we have two devices which lead to a different tenant. One German company, one Norwegian company. How is that possible?
How can we get these devices back into our own devices as these are useless for us currently.

My guess... the device in question got repaired along the way... probably the motherboard was replaced. (like 99% of the hardware hash is in there 🙂 )
The motherboard that got replaced was a firby :). As in.... it belonged to a different company before....when it got replaced at the previous, it was fixed and put back in stock... and along the way ended up in your device...You could contact Microsoft and show them prove of purchase or contact the other company and ask them to remove the hash from their list of autopilot devices

Rudy_Ooms_MVP Thank you for you answer! That might just be the cause as we discovered a unique configuration of the laptop (a configuration we never ordered).
So my next quest is... Where to contact Microsoft to "get our laptops back"?

This link should mention the proper procedure and the stuff you need to hand over to Microsoft support 🙂
