Pre-provisioning into the wrong tenant
When we preprovision all our devices (new and upgrading W10 devices) we have two devices which lead to a different tenant. One German company, one Norwegian company. How is that possible? How can we...
Rudy_Ooms_MVP Thank you for you answer! That might just be the cause as we discovered a unique configuration of the laptop (a configuration we never ordered).
So my next quest is... Where to contact Microsoft to "get our laptops back"?
