intune app sdk wrapping ios and android

we are going to start the journey to wrap intune app sdk to our in-house ios/android app.

our developers are quite reluctant to do the extra job. how do you convince your in-house developers and what links do you use to tell them how to do the sdk wrapping?

what i did was to give them this https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/IntuneDocs/blob/main/intune/developer/app-sdk-android.mdto guide them to do the intune app sdk wrapping in their app and telling them the benefit that the data will be secured in their app and users will not be able to copy out/share to unmanaged app.
