Try visit Intune portal using different trusted system and also in InPrivate browsing mode in Microsoft Edge.
In case problem persist, contact your IT administrator and in case you are the administrator, then contact Microsoft support.

Had similar issues like this, turned out that my Pihole was blocking graph.windows.net which gave this kind of errors :)

Hi,

Looking at the picture
1. any popup blocking tools?
2. Any ipv blocking tools ? Maybe testing to access that same blade from a different IP. So you could also rule out licensing issue with you user account from which you try to connect
3. I guess you already tried another browser/private mode etc?

The FW Team needed to open graph.windows.net.. which i am certain was creating other problems.

Ah, so it works now? Exactly the same issue I had at home because of Pihole blocking that :)
