Time Stamp

I have a customer that is having the issue listed below, does anyone know this answer?

I like the Microsoft Forms app, but it is time stamping the responses incorrectly. Within my account, I have the time zone correctly. Where does the Forms app pull the time from? Is there a setting we are missing that will correct this?

Currently, the time stamp is in UTC. We have plan to show the time stamp based on time zone.

Is there a date we can expect this? It would simplify the forms I create greatly. Currently we have to include an additional field for the correct time/date into our forms. This seems like a large oversight on Microsoft's part.

It is 2 years later and Forms is still using UTC for the submission time stamp. When will this be corrected to reflect user's timezone?
