Survey

Hi i have made a survey on microsoft forms i have 200 responses on my survey and it has told me that my survey has reached max survey responses. I decided to pay for premium in order to increase my responses to 1000 but this has not been the case. I want to keep my survey as the link has already been released to the public and i just want my response limit to be increased. I am wondering is this possible.
