Size of image for Microsoft Form

Hello,

I'd like to include an image next to the headline of my Form but the image does not render well. I cannot find out what the optimal size should be. (This is image on the form, not the theme image.) Does anyone know what this should be?

@SueWhitney13 Hi, 

I found that the recommended size for the logo is 800 x 600 (w x h) ratio size 4:3
