Renaming Microsoft Forms Hyperlink

I am trying to rename my hyperlink for my Microsoft form. For example, I want it to say ClientSurvey instead of the regular hyperlink, though when I right-click on the link it does not give me the option to edit the hyperlink. Can someone help me out? Thanks.

@Angus_Einarson are you trying to edit the hyperlink in Forms itself or in some other application like Outlook? If you are trying to do it in Forms there is no functionality to do that.

@RobElliott I first tried it in Forms and when it didn't work I tried it in Outlook, though I would not display the "edit hyperlink" option.
