Buenas tardes

intento abrir forms y me envía a abrir mi correo; coloco todos los datos para abrir mi correo y me devuelve de nuevo a que ingrese mi correo.

 

No se trata que mi contraseña este errada, porque yo soy la administradora y se las contraseñas.

Ya se intento desde otro correo de la empresa y tampoco abre; los dos correo que he probado no funciona forms, aparece lo mismo.

 

he intentado hablar con movistar que es mi proveedor; y puxa me manda a un wasap y no tien opción a pedir ayuda
